So very glad that we signed up for this Camp!
We have to confess that once we knew that Dr Tan Lai Yong was the Camp Speaker, it was a no-brainer to sign up.
Many shared with us how we were quietly, yet purposefully challenged through his simple yet deep messages and touched by how open he was with what he and his wife, Lay Chin, had done and are doing today.

It was a different way of teaching and inspiring us and it was greatly appreciated.
Some gems gleaned were:
Suffering - it's like a little jolt so we can see more, do more & serve more
In reading God's Word, learn to 'eat' the whole fish!
What are we saved for?
Whatever the size of your faith, just live for Jesus! (it's ok to be different)
Even when we mess up, God doesn't give up on us!
In TASTE, be like water (can change) but in truth, be like a rock (stand firm)
We were very impressed by the leadership and organisation of Camp Commandant Justin and his organising committee of mainly young adults. I rejoice at how they have stepped forward to lead and did it so well!
In closing, let Colossians 1:10 speak to your heart:
"So that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God".
