Being The Hands and Feet of Jesus
September 2025 marked the completion of the fifth run of Gift of Love, an initiative in partnership with Sembawang Family Service Centre (SFSC). Through this programme, CCMC members have had the opportunity to serve families in need within the Sembawang community, offering care and support in purposeful ways. To commemorate this milestone, the Outreach & Social Concerns Ministry has invited past participants to share glimpses of their six-month journey.
